Delete Your Account

You can delete your ParkStamp account and all associated data at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

If you have the ParkStamp app installed, you can delete your account directly and it takes effect immediately:

Your account and data are removed right away, and you are signed out.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, or prefer not to use it, you can request account deletion by email. You do not need to reinstall the app.

Email support@parkstamp.com from the email address on your account (or include it in the message), with the subject "Delete my ParkStamp account." We will verify the request and delete your account and data within a reasonably short period.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove the data tied to it:

• Your profile and account
• Your stamps and collected parks
• Your recorded visits and visit dates
• Photos you uploaded and their metadata
• Your badges, wishlist, journal entries, and trips
• Any posts you shared to the community feed

What may be retained

Your in-app purchases are tied to your Apple App Store or Google Play account, not your ParkStamp account, so they are not deleted here. If you create a new ParkStamp account later, you can use Restore Purchases to get your purchased stamps back. Limited purchase and transaction records may be retained by the app stores and our purchase provider where required for billing, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
